Order Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed with attention to detail. Order processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time your order and payment are confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines
We currently ship to all major pin codes across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

In case of a failed delivery attempt (e.g., recipient unavailable, address issues), the courier partner will typically make 1-2 additional attempts. If the parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
